Once a reading or service has been prepared, started, delivered, or completed, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refunds are not issued based on personal dissatisfaction, subjective interpretation, emotional response, or unmet expectations.

For physical products, replacement or refund requests may be reviewed only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect.
